Mark Matheny

Welcome. I find photography to be a fluid craft that changes and evolves with time and experience. Photography, for me, has a way of stopping time. While practicing this craft I lose all sense of time and space, when I have my camera in hand and concentrate on shadows, shapes, and light, the constraints of time seem to stay suspended in motion...and that moment, both visually and emotionally, is what I strive to capture with my images.
